This meditation retreat in Vakantieboerderij Holdeurn will give us a few days of mental and physical rest where we can recharge ourselves and find some deep inner peace. Suitable for both beginners and those who wish to deepen their practice.

During this retreat Gen Dragpa will guide you through beautiful and relaxing meditations on the mind to get a feeling for the blissful clarity of your own mind. This will give you a direct experience of what your mind is and how your thoughts and feelings arise.

These meditations have great practical benefits – from calming our mind and reducing distractions, anxiety and delusions; to improving our concentration and mindfulness.
